Gongchen Community Centre Beijing (EN)

This report documents the Sino-Swiss Zero Emission Building (ZEB) demonstration project in Beijing’s Fangshan District. Through international collaboration, the Gongchen Community Center achieved net-zero operational emissions and reduced embodied carbon. Key innovations include BIPV, natural ventilation, and recycled materials. The project serves as a replicable model for cold climate zones and a milestone in Sino-Swiss green building cooperation.
