Zero Emissions Districts (EN)

This report explores Swiss and Chinese approaches to zero-emission districts (ZED), identifying nine shared sustainability criteria. It compares Swiss labels (Minergie, SNBS, 2000-Watt District) with China’s ZED standard, and surveys implementation in Chinese pilot projects. Case studies from both countries highlight scalable strategies for energy, mobility, and community integration to support climate-neutral urban development.
