Training Building of Long Shan Shu Yuan (CN)

The Shaoxing ZEB demonstration project constructed a middle school training building in a hot summer–cold winter climate. Through Sino-Swiss collaboration, it integrated BIPV, efficient HVAC, LED lighting, and passive design. The building achieved a 32% energy reduction and near-zero operational emissions, serving as a replicable model for low-carbon educational buildings in southern China.
