Hutan Donggou Residential Project Dalian (EN)

The Dalian Hutan Donggou residential project, part of the Sino-Swiss ZEB initiative, aims to showcase zero-emission building strategies in cold climates. Though not yet constructed, the design integrates sewage-source heat pumps, BIPV, and passive measures. Swiss-Chinese collaboration provided technical guidance. Despite project suspension, it remains a valuable model for future low-carbon residential districts.
