The Shanghai Jiading ZEB demonstration project includes a market and exhibition hall designed for low-carbon operation. Through Sino-Swiss collaboration, it integrates PV, solar thermal, passive ventilation, and circular construction. The project achieved significant energy savings and reduced carbon emissions, serving as a replicable model for urban zero-carbon districts in hot summer–cold winter climates.
